Unit Descriptions

5'X10"

50sq/ft

Great for holding the contents of a small studio or 1 bedroom apartment. A queen-bed, dresser, TV and a number of small boxes will fit well in this unit. Good place for winter storage of your motorcycle.

10'x10"

100sq/ft

Look at this as 1/2 of a one-car garage. Provides enough room for a large one bedroom or small two bedroom apartment. Plenty of room for your furniture, appliances, mattresses, and more.

10'x15'

150sq/ft

A little smaller than a one car garage this unit can typically hold 3 full bedrooms or your larger furniture like couches, large screen TV's, and an assortment of medium and large boxes. Makes a great place to store your jet ski or snow mobile on a trailer or a small compact car.

10'x20'

200sq/ft

This unit is the size of a one car garage and can typically store the contents of a multi bedroom house including several large items like a washer/dryer, dining room set and several large boxes.

10'x30'

300sq/ft

The 30 foot unit has a unique feature that you won't find too often. We have doors on both sides of the unit allowing you to access your belongings much easier. Store your items from a fully furnished 3-5 bedroom house including your appliances, entertainment center, dinning sets and several large boxes.

Here are some helpful hints for storing your items

Store your items as if they were being stored in your garage.

1 - Protect all your stored items. Use durable plastic containers with lids for all your dishes, clothes, toys, knickknacks, pictures and other small items. We do not recommend the use of cardboard boxes for long term storage. Use common size containers when possible to help with stacking. Avoid using newspaper when wrapping, as the print could stain your items. Instead wrap your items in towels or bubble wrap to help protect your valuables.

2 - When storing your box springs, mattresses, couches and cushions we recommend the use of breathable mattress storage bags. They are inexpensive and provide optimal protection. After all it's your bed so why not take care to protect it. For long term storage be sure to put a canvas tarp on the floor first. This will stop any moisture from coming up through the floor. It's a good idea to lay your mattress flat on top of your other items when possible. Do not stack items on top of your mattress.

3 - When storing desks or dressers in your unit be sure to use the space in the draws leaving you much more room to store your other belongings.

4 -Leave an isle for easy access. It seems it will always be the things in the back of the unit under the other stuff that you will need first.

5 - Use vacuum seal bags for your clothes and bedding when possible. This will help protect them as well as take up much less space.

6 - Check your unit every month or so, make sure you are happy with what you see and make adjustments when necessary.

7- To ensure that you do not have any issues with rodents or other pests never store food in your unit.
